How can I buy a gift card?

Are gift cards digital or physical?
💳 All gift cards available on Riddlepay are 100% digital. 📦 No physical cards are shipped.

How are gift cards delivered?
📧 Gift cards are delivered via Email and are also available in the My Orders section of your account.
How long does gift card delivery take?
⚡ Most gift cards are delivered instantly after successful payment. ⏳ In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical or verification reasons.
Payment was successful but I did not receive my gift card. What should I do?
🔍 Please check your Spam/Junk folder and the My Orders section. 📩 If the gift card is not received within 24 hours, contact customer support with your order ID.
What if I entered the wrong email ID or mobile number?
⚠️ Providing incorrect contact details may result in non-delivery. 📌 In such cases, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Can a gift card be cancelled or refunded?

Will I get a refund for an expired gift card?

How do I redeem my gift card?
🧾 Each gift card comes with brand-specific redemption instructions. Visit the brand’s website or app and enter the gift card code.
Can a gift card be partially redeemed?
➗ Partial redemption depends on the brand’s policy. Some brands allow partial use, while others require full usage at once.
Do gift cards have an expiry date?
📅 Yes. Every gift card has a validity / expiry date, mentioned in the gift card details.
Can the same gift card be used multiple times?
🔁 If partial redemption is allowed, the card can be used until the balance is exhausted. Otherwise, it is single-use only.
Can gift cards be transferred or converted into cash?
🚫 No. Gift cards: Cannot be converted into cash, Cannot be transferred or resold
Can I gift a gift card to someone else?
🎁 Yes! You can send a gift card directly to another person’s email ID or mobile number.
What happens if a gift card is lost?
🔐 Keeping gift card details secure is the customer’s responsibility. Riddlepay is not responsible for loss, theft, or misuse after delivery.
